Legal
Privacy policy
How we handle personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Sky PC Network, Dublin 8, Ireland, with an office at London, W2 1AH, United Kingdom. For any question about this policy or your data, contact info@skypcnetwork.com.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, a description of your current systems and your project brief. Our server also records the time of submission and the originating IP address as a record of consent and a basic anti-abuse measure. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver and support the services you engage us for. The lawful basis is your explicit consent at the point of submission, and thereafter the performance of a contract.
Where it is stored
Enquiry data is delivered to our email systems and held on infrastructure located within the European Union. Client project data is hosted inside the EU. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area without a documented legal basis.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Data relating to active or past client engagements is retained for the period required by contract and Irish statutory record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside Sky PC Network, other than the hosting and email providers that operate our infrastructure under data processing agreements. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You may request access to the data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form. You may withdraw consent at any time. Email info@skypcnetwork.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie, or with the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
When we act as a processor
Where we implement or support an ERP system on your behalf, you remain the data controller for the personal data inside that system and we act as your processor under a written agreement. Our consultants work on a least-privilege basis, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is removed at the end of an engagement.
